Job Summary:

Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire is seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs or LPNs to join our team! As a licensed practical nurse, you will work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment to deliver high-quality care to our patients. This position will cover our second shift (3pm to 11:30pm), and includes rotating weekends and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Medication administration

• Collecting patient data

• Making observations and reporting change of condition

• Reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

• Directing and supervising other nursing staff members (C NA's)

• Assist in new admission documentation, or dicharges

• Collaborate with family and other staff on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate must possess an Illinois State nursing license in good standing

• Current CPR certification

• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required

• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition

• Caring and compassionate.

• Experience in long term care or rehab facility highly desired.

• Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred
