We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to join our team on a FULL OR PART TIME basis. We have part time available on our AM shift, Full time on our PM shift and part time on our third shift. As a RN/LPN at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing Direct Care: Administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs to ensure the health and wellness of our residents
• Medication administration
• Developing Care Plans: Working with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
• Maintaining Accurate Records: Documenting resident information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborating with Team Members: Communicating effectively with our nursing team, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to work a schedule that includes rotating weekends and rotating holidays.
• Current CPR certification

• Competitive hourly rate [
  up to $38 for LPNs, up to $48 for RN's)]
