• Experience of managing a team of QA Technologists in UK food manufacturing
• Someone who is a self-starter and who can make decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Good knowledge of codes of practice and retailer standards

• You will be responsible for all technical, quality and food safety standards on site
• Lead the site QA team and oversee the hygiene team’s day to day activities
• Coach and develop your team with clear objectives and succession plans
• Own and develop the quality management system ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Share best practice with everyone across the business
