Sr. Director, Distribution Sales
Focus:
Drive sales growth through distributor partnerships and channel execution
Own revenue growth across assigned distributors; meet or exceed targets
Build and manage pipeline with partners, direct sales, and reps
Develop and execute joint business plans with distributor partners
Lead demand generation activities (training, campaigns, promotions)
Conduct regular performance reviews and track KPIs (POS, pipeline, revenue)
Execute regional channel strategy aligned with global priorities
Manage partner relationships and resolve channel conflicts
Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations)
Use data and CRM tools (Salesforce) to drive decisions and forecasting
Qualifications2-5 years B2B sales experience in electronics, semiconductors, or related industry
Experience working with distributors preferred
Proven track record of sales performance and account growth
Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and channel business models
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analysis
Technical aptitude to engage in product/application discussions
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Willingness to travel 30-50%

EE/ ME preferred.
Experience/Requirements: 2-5 years in electronics, semiconductors or related Industry
Qualifications Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentThis position requires the use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop, and cell phone.
Most work is completed in an office environment.
Ability to travel extensively
Work tradeshow booths with or without accommodation and lift up to 20 lbs.
