$ per hour (based on experience) + shift differential, benefits and perks

Non-Exempt, Full-Time

3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM (37.5 hours/week). Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

$0.50 per hour

• Perform scheduled internal and external duties to maintain a secure environment for residents and community property.
• Conduct continuous patrols of property and facilities.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls.
• Complete daily rounds and incident reports.
• Document incidents including accidents, theft, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, and violations of rules and regulations.
• Maintain a professional and calm presence during all situations.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active EMT license in the state of Illinois required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic arithmetic.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
