Accounting Specialist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Lincolnton, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices.

- Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection and accurate records.

- Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial information.

- Process invoices efficiently using accounting software tools.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating reports, tracking expenses, and analyzing data.

- Collaborate with teams in a global manufacturing environment to ensure financial compliance.

- Work with SAP and cloud ERP systems to manage financial workflows.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation for audits and reporting.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounting and finance processes.

- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

- Familiarity with invoice processing tools and accounting software.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

- Experience working in a global manufacturing setting.

- Knowledge of SAP and cloud ERP systems.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
