• Valid North Carolina Special Education (SPED) license
• Proven success or experience in Special Education teaching roles

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs

• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment for all learners
• Supervise and guide paraprofessional and support staff as required
