Aptar is seeking a Boost Tooling Engineer at our Lincolnton site to serve as the plant expert on mold design, tooling systems, and injection molding. You will lead design, repair and process improvements to drive efficiency, quality and innovation across manufacturing and NPD teams.
The role requires a BS in engineering technology, 5+ years in injection mold design, strong CAD skills, and knowledge of OSHA/FDA regulations. Travel up to 5% and collaboration with global teams are expected.
