, we specialize in managed labor solutions for warehouse, distribution, and cross-dock operations. Operating from Pennsylvania to Texas, our North Carolina-based company delivers tailored solutions with dedicated onsite leadership, ensuring optimized labor for high-touch manual processes.

• Monday to Thursday: 5pm to 3:30am (or until job completion)

• Oversee all operational aspects, including customer relations, team leadership, and safety protocols.
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to staff for optimal performance and retention.
• Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and clients.
• Ensure all productivity, quality, and safety standards meet customer and company goals.
• Drive continuous operational improvements and achieve client KPIs.
• Enforce adherence to company and customer policies.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with minimal supervision required.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior warehouse management experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
