The Material Handler will assist loading and unloading the laser, as well as moving materials to and from the Fab Shop.

• Operating a forklift safely to transport materials, product within the facility (from/to fab shop, paint department, production lines and warehouse).
• Loading/unloading materials from laser.
• Material handling – handle materials with care to prevent damage to items being transported and to any surrounding property (machinery, racks, support beams, etc.).
• Inventory management – keep accurate records of inventory movement (receipts/transfers) within each department.
• Equipment maintenance – perform daily equipment checks, reporting any mechanical issues or problems to your supervisor.
• Safety compliance – adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents, damage to property, and injuries to yourself or others.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
