Lee Boy is seeking a skilled Fabricator/MIG Flux Core Welder II for our Lincolnton, NC facility. The role involves fabricating and welding frames, subassemblies and components for pavers, brooms, graders, and other road construction equipment.
Requires a minimum of 5 years welding and 5+ years fabrication experience, proficiency with Flux Core, ability to read blueprints and tape measures, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time position with competitive benefits.
