Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: The Greens at Lincolnton, NC
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time)

As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and outcomes

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• 8-hour shifts:
  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
