LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Lincolnton, NC and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: LPN - $28-$33/hr; RN - $30-$35/hr

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of patients and families.
• Work full-time or part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available).
• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Participate in preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
