Position OverviewAs an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and outcomes
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
- 8-hour shifts:
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
