Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
Where You Will WorkAtrium Health Lincoln Emergency Department is a 25‑bed unit that provides 24‑hour emergency medical services to Lincoln County and surrounding communities. The unit is staffed by physicians who are board‑certified in emergency medicine.
We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- At least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year of Critical Care (ED, ICU) experience preferred.
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.
Atrium Health Lincoln is a 101‑bed hospital located in Lincolnton, North Carolina. The facility opened in 2010 on a former farm site and includes a 1.2‑mile public walking trail. The surrounding town offers rural charm and proximity to Charlotte and Lake Norman.
