Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Opportunity

Join Atrium Health One Health as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) serving the Lincolnton community.

One Health is an independent, physician-led medical group with its own governance structure and leadership, intentionally designed to amplify clinician voice and support excellent patient care. One Health partners with Advocate Health—one of the nation's largest nonprofit integrated health systems—to enhance access, strengthen resources, and support high-quality care across the region while maintaining One Health's independent, provider-led model.

One Health currently operates practices across the greater Charlotte and Winston-Salem regions with specialties including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, Rheumatology, OB/GYN, and Urgent Care. As a provider-led organization, One Health focuses on provider joy, reducing total cost of care, human experience, financial excellence, and care for all. Providers are supported by a strong operational infrastructure while retaining meaningful clinical autonomy—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships within the community.

This position offers a collaborative practice environment with a combination of inpatient Labor & Delivery coverage and outpatient office coverage in a general OB/GYN setting located in Lincolnton, NC. The role supports the on-call physician in the hospital and includes responsibilities involving labor and delivery, obstetric triage, postpartum care, and assisting in the OR as needed.
