Cosette Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Quality Operations to lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with cGMP standards at our Lincolnton facility. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of pharmaceutical quality experience and will be responsible for overseeing all regulatory inspections and quality assurance processes.
We are looking for a leader who can develop systems for product design reviews and provide direction for significant quality challenges, while effectively managing the Quality Assurance team.
