Position:
Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location:
Lincolnton, NC
Schedule:
3rd shift 11pm-7am
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:- Perform pre-operation checks, lubrication, and keep preventive maintenance records up to date
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues to the Maintenance Manager while helping keep production running
- Maintain tools, inventory, and ensure work areas and plant floors stay clean and organized
- Full-time position with consistent hours and opportunity for overtime when needed
- Work directly with seasoned maintenance leadership who support skill development
- Chance to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize machinery that keeps operations moving
- High school or trade school study in machinery, industrial machinery mechanics, HVAC, etc
- 3-5 years experience as maintenance mechanic or equivalent
- Must possess own basic tools for job
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
