Join the Freight Breakers team as a
2nd Shift Tire Unloading Associate
. This is a fast-paced, physically active warehouse position ideal for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.
You’ll be responsible for safely unloading tire shipments, organizing product, and maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse environment. This position provides hands-on experience in freight handling, warehouse operations, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities- Safely load and unload tires using a manual pallet jack and established safety procedures.
- Follow all
OSHA regulations and company safety standards
. - Keep warehouse and storage areas organized, clean, and safe.
- Accurately maintain inventory and warehouse management system records.
- Work with team members to complete unloading assignments efficiently and on schedule.
- Properly stack and organize tires according to SKU and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain stable, straight stacks with cardboard slip sheets between layers.
- Ensure product labels are properly aligned and visible.
Performance-Based Pay — More Work = More Earning Potential
Associates are paid based on each trailer they unload, with
no set limit on the number of trailers
they can unload during a shift.
- Typical workload:3–4 trailers per shift
- Trailer payout:$40–$115+ per trailer
- Average earnings:$150–$250+ per day
- Potential earnings after training:
Up to $200/day or $1,000/week - Trailer payout is based on the
total weight of the load - Earnings vary based on productivity, work pace, and available workload

TrainingNew associates receive training on unloading procedures, safety standards, equipment, product handling, and warehouse expectations.
After successfully completing your
first week of training
, associates can earn
up to $200 per day / $1,000 per week
, depending on productivity and available work.
