Whether you’re still building your hours or already hit 1,000, we’ll meet you where you are:

• Assistant Clinical Coordinator (ACC): For students working toward 1,000 fieldwork hours
• Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC): For students with 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (any type), ready for more responsibility

• Built-In Experiences, Not Box-Checking: You’ll never need to scramble to find intakes, discharges, or unrestricted activities—they’re systematically provided as part of your role. Every requirement is covered, and every experience is intentional.

• Enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework, working toward BCBA certification
• RBT-certified
• Have 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (for Lead ACC) OR are working toward it (for ACC)
• Patient, compassionate, and comfortable leading and coaching others
• Quick to learn new systems and tech (we’ll train you on ours)

• Partner with a Clinical Director to complete unrestricted supervision activities
• Provide direct therapy as part of client teams
• Mentor and coach Behavior Therapists with real-time feedback
• Lead family training to help therapy carry into home and community life
• Career Path & Certification: We offer comprehensive training and support. You will work your way up from the Assistant Clinical Coordinator to a Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator role. As part of this, you will have the opportunity to get weekly supervision, practice doing intakes, discharges, unrestricted hours, and more. You will also have access to our modules and study group (which has a 97% rate of passing the BCBA exam on the first try, and 100% total pass rate!)
• Interdisciplinary Support: You'll thrive in our multi-disciplinary environment, working with teams in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Neuropsychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Mental Health.
• Flexible scheduling: Many of our kiddos need after school, evening and Saturday hours. You'll let us know the days and times you are available and we'll build your caseload!
