• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure food quality and front of house service
• Manage restaurant staff and maintain high standards of guest service
• Ensure quality of service by resolving complaints and maintaining sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions, staffing, and inventory stocking
• Implement cost management strategies and maintain food safety standards

• Experience in restaurant management with a focus on guest service
• Serv Safe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to manage costs and maintain sanitation standards
• Experience in complaint resolution and staff supervision
• Proficient in cash handling and inventory management

Jensen & Halstead, the oldest architecture firm in Chicago, drew upon the “Chicago School” of architecture for The Carrington—creating an urban modern design with all-masonry exteriors.

Inside, the décor features warm colors and soft finishes, with expansive windows overlooking beautifully landscaped courtyards and patios. West Bay Senior Living manages The Carrington—bringing veteran leadership in senior living, as well as an on-location presence that sets the tone for providing truly personalized, caring and dedicated services to residents.

Minimum Salary: $42,000.00

Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
