• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and membership inquiries.
• Handle phone calls and respond to emails regarding memberships and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Process payments and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals.
• Promote gym programs, classes, and special offers to members.
• Schedule appointments for personal training and fitness assessments.
• Assist in resolving member concerns and complaints effectively.

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of fitness programs and gym equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
