Position
Mechanical Drafter
LocationLinden, NJ, USA / Relocating to East Windsor, NJ, USA. On site 5 days a week.
Job DescriptionSupport the design, documentation, and manufacture of integral horsepower motors and vane‑axial fans. Work closely with mechanical engineers to develop detailed design drawings and specifications for rotating equipment. Maintain and update the engineering drawing library, engineering standards, and computer systems.

- Maintain and update engineering drawing library, engineering standards, and CAD systems.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Drafting, CAD Certification, or relevant experience.
- 1-3+ years of mechanical drafting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in Solid Works 3D CAD and Draft Sight 2D CAD.
- Ability to create accurate 2D drawings from 3D models and modify complex 3D parts.
- Strong mechanical background and understanding of geometric tolerancing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, computer skills, work ethic.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage a fast‑paced environment.
- Willig to undergo government screening for security clearance.
