Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the Linden, New Jersey area. This contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR operations and recruitment strategy. You will play an integral role in overseeing daily HR functions while focusing on full-cycle recruitment and building a talent strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement effective talent strategies to support organizational growth.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
- Support development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Monitor and assess HR programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, including recruitment and employee relations.
- Proficiency in managing HRIS systems for accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and labor laws.
- Experience with benefit administration and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent strategies and workforce plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Talent Match®
