- Create & execute detailed test plans
- Functional, regression & integration testing
- Validate end-to-end lab workflows
- Manage defects & release readiness
- Improve QA processes
- 3–5 years manual QA experience
- Strong SDLC & Agile knowledge
- Test planning & defect tracking expertise
- Plus: LIS/healthcare systems, API/data testing, automation exposure
