Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Storage Post is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our Linden self-storage locations.

• Manage day‑to‑day facility operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Provide excellent customer service and support rental activity
• Complete leases, documentation, and data entry accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property environment
• Perform daily walkthroughs and operational checks
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting with accuracy
• Manage delinquent accounts and auction processes
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs
• Train and support team members to meet company standards

• 2–4 years of experience in property management, retail management, or customer‑facing operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
• Willingness to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
