As a Maintenance Associate, you will ensure a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and pristine floors, helping members and associates feel safe and comfortable. Your constant vigilance and positive attitude will create a welcoming shopping experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates, performing maintenance as necessary and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression of Sam's Club.

In addition to the hourly wage, you may receive premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or tasks performed.
