- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is hiring a Facility Incineration Supervisor
, reports directly to the Incineration Manager, and supervises the Board Operators, Incineration Technicians associated with operation of the incineration unit. Safety focused and career minded individual wanted.
NEW wage 78k per year DOE. 4/12-hour rotating shifts per week, 6a-6p/6p-6a.

- Demonstrates complete proficiency in incineration operations and incineration board operations.
- Operates the unit with direction from the Incineration Manager with details outlining feed parameters. Trains, develops and oversees Board Operators, Incineration Technicians
- Confers with Engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information
- Monitors all standard operating procedures for maintenance and production and works to continuously improve SOP's
- Implements regulatory compliance, including permitting, by resolving operational issues
- HS Diploma or equivalent- required
- Ability to work in team environment
- Knowledge of pumps, feed systems and automatic controls
- Extensive computer skills and knowledge of operating system
- 1-2 years of experience in operations environment
- 2-4 years incineration operations experience
- 1-2 years of incineration board operations.
- Related experience, such as operations engineering, project management or process engineering
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Punctuality and attendance required
- Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
- Background check, drug screen and physical- required
- Updated resume including most recent employer required for consideration
