Junior Inspector

• Conduct inspections and tests of various petroleum products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Under supervision, responsible for measuring, gauging, and recording temperatures of various materials in shore tanks.
• Conduct field calculations in accordance with company guidelines and API standards.
• Collect, label, and deliver samples to the laboratory promptly.
• Document inspection findings and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
• Evaluate equipment, processes, and safety measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the inspector trainer to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes in petroleum operations.
• Strong math comprehension skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in various outdoor environments and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
