Replenishment Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.
• Plan for and provide a well merchandised and in‑stock store for customers to shop.
• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Manage and support truck processes and lead the teams to meet standards; achieve KPIs and manage team to achieve role KPIs.
• Manage, execute and support the planogram process (POGs) and AD set processes to standard.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain seasonal sets and the feature space to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training of new team members; support talent development and participate in performance management activities of the team.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values.
• Assist customers, locate product, provide solutions; assist with omnichannel processes.
• Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.

• Special certifications or technical skills in retail merchandising and customer service preferred.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store; regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

• Public retail store setting; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Some outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.75 - $22.60
