Job Overview

Linden Food Basket is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Salary: $16.5 – $17.5 hourly
