Morning shift may start between 8:00am - 11:00am.

Afternoon shift may start between 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for customers across all departments to select the right items for online orders.
• Package and label orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispense completed orders to customers and engage them in conversation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers during busy periods.
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude and friendly customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a retail environment.

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
