Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory problems, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs to the club team.
• Work with the team to pull merchandise from reserve areas when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards pursuant to the SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Package orders securely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized; perform general housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process returns and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards.
• Meet Omni productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Most of the time is spent moving continuously on hard surfaces. The job may require bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Continuous lifting up to 30 pounds and occasional lifting of heavier or awkward objects with assistance may be required. The work environment is typically comfortable but may involve loud equipment, machinery, temperature extremes for refrigerated orders, and occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation range for this position: $16.50 – $19.80.
