SKE Sales Rep

Safety-Kleen is seeking a Sales Representative to join their safety conscious team in Millington, TN
. The position is responsible for maintaining existing accounts while also performing business development for the SKE territory assigned. The Rep will serve as a point of contact for all customers interested in specific service/products, such as oil collection/recycling, equipment cleaning, parts washers, industrial waste removal and more.

• Competitive Pay Structure: $60,000-$70,000 base + commission ($130,000-$140,000 total compensation).

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Identify, prospect and connect with customers who could be interested in SK specific services/products (i.e., collection and recycling of oil, industrial equipment cleaning, parts washers, industrial waste removal and more).
• Work with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities.
• Promote revenue and margin growth; sell products and services to clients in specific LOB.
• Grow the current customer base with new lines of business.
• Monitor progress in sales and P&L goals.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, scope and quote projects.
• Deliver effective contract and relationship management.
