Team Sales Representative​/Account Executive

OTE: $80,000-$125,000+ | Uncapped Commission

Diaza Sportswear is building a global sports brand serving teams, clubs, academies, schools, universities, leagues, professional organizations, and sports programs across multiple markets.

Our business goes beyond selling jerseys. We build complete apparel relationships involving uniforms, training gear, teamwear, fanwear, team stores, and long-term apparel programs.

We are hiring a Team Sales Representative / Account Executive who knows how to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close.

This is a high-performance sales position for someone who wants significant responsibility and whose income is directly connected to results.

• Develop new business with sports organizations throughout the United States and internationally.
• Build relationships with club owners, presidents, directors, coaches, athletic directors, purchasing decision-makers, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Sell custom uniforms, training apparel, teamwear, fanwear, team stores, and comprehensive apparel programs.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through negotiation and close.
• Conduct presentations and customer meetings virtually and in person.
• Identify decision-makers and navigate complex organizations.
• Develop long-term relationships that produce recurring business.
• Expand existing opportunities into larger apparel partnerships.
• Represent Diaza at tournaments, showcases, conventions, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer expectations are understood and delivered.
• Travel as needed to pursue and close opportunities.

Candidates who can bring meaningful relationships into Diaza will receive strong consideration.

$80,000-$125,000 OTE

Base salary plus uncapped commission
.

This is intentionally a heavily performance-driven compensation structure. High-performing salespeople have the ability to earn above the advertised OTE.

New Jersey-based candidates are preferred.

Office participation is expected, although a hybrid structure may be available based on experience, performance, territory, and business requirements.

This position may include domestic and international travel.
