Elevator​/Lift Mechanic

Elevator/Lift Mechanic Join a growing company specializing in elevator and lift systems, where you"ll work on a diverse range of residential and commercial equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Elevator/Lift Mechanic with strong troubleshooting, installation, and electrical skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Service, troubleshoot, repair, and test passenger and freight elevators, including hydraulic and traction systems.

-Install, maintain, and modernize residential and commercial elevators, including hydraulic, traction, LULA, and new construction systems.

-Install and service dumbwaiters, vertical reciprocating conveyors (VRCs), package lifts, and residential/commercial wheelchair lifts.

-Perform elevator testing with and without weights and install required code-compliant equipment and components. Required Skills & Experience
-Must have hands-on experience with elevator/lift installation, service, repair, and troubleshooting.

-Must have experience with Canton 4-Stop Hydraulic elevator systems.

-Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams; candidates will be required to complete a wiring diagram evaluation.

- Experience with hydraulic and traction elevator systems and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience with residential elevators, LULA elevators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, VRCs, and package lifts.
