360 is seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL Delivery Drivers to support a leading distribution operation serving customers throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. This position involves the delivery of temperature-sensitive food products and beverage inventory while maintaining exceptional customer service and adherence to transportation regulations.
This is a hands-on role requiring drivers to load, unload, and deliver products safely while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate delivery vehicles on assigned routes.
- Deliver products to customer locations throughout NJ, NY (including the five boroughs), and PA.
- Load and unload products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, liftgates, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain product integrity by following temperature-control and cold-chain procedures.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Verify deliveries and complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, receivers, and dispatch personnel.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately complete electronic logs and route documentation.
- Valid Class A driver's license.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Food service, beverage, distribution, or route delivery experience is a plus.
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- No FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse violations.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to safely maneuver pallet jacks, hand trucks, and delivery equipment.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and physical delivery environments.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
