Warehouse Associate - Accessories Pick & Pack

Mech Maxx is seeking a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and prepare accessories for our products for outbound shipment. You'll make sure the right accessories are matched to the right orders and packed correctly so every customer receives a complete, accurate shipment. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of picking and packing or fulfillment experience who works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

• Accurately pick accessories for our products based on pick lists, orders, or WMS instructions.
• Pack accessories securely and correctly, ensuring each order is complete and matches the customer's requirements.
• Verify item counts, part numbers, and order details before sealing and labeling shipments.
• Prepare and stage packed orders for outbound shipment, including applying shipping labels and packing slips.
• Keep accessory inventory organized, restocked, and easy to locate in pick areas.
• Perform quality checks to catch missing, incorrect, or damaged items before they ship.
• Report low stock, discrepancies, or damaged accessories to the supervisor.
• Support cycle counts and general inventory accuracy in the accessories area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines.

Pay range: $20 - $22 per hour

Shift: 9am-5pm

2+years of picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy and quality.

Experience using pick lists, scanners, or a WMS to fulfill orders.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Basic computer and scanning skills.
