As an Assistant Teacher, you'll join a talented team of educators, grow professionally, and share your passion for early childhood education.

What You'll Do

* Assist with daily lesson plans and classroom activities

* Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

* Document and report child progress using technology

* Communicate with children, parents, and team members professionally

* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development

* Demonstrate creativity, passion, and engagement in your work

* Grow into a Lead Teacher role over time

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

* Strong organizational and decision-making skills

* Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
