Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including assessments, cleanings, and patient education
  • Review of medical and dental history
  • Oral cancer screenings
  • Head and neck inspections
  • Blood pressure and pulse readings
  • Take digital radiographs
  • Perform dental prophylaxis using Cavitron / Prophy Jet
  • Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride
  • Complete perio charting and treatment documentation
  • Make impressions for study models as needed
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and home care
  • Maintain a clean, sterile work environment following infection control protocols
  • Follow all practice protocols, including infection control, biohazards, emergency treatment, implants, and perio programs
  • Stock supplies, maintain equipment, and support the recall system
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
  • Demonstrate professionalism and positive leadership within the team
Qualifications
  • Licensed Dental Hygienist
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Comfortable with computer systems and digital charting
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused
Schedule
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1X Month)
    • If a Saturday is worked, one weekday off will be provided that same week
