Key Responsibilities- Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life‑changing outcomes for patients
- Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required
