Symbria's Victory Lakes rehab team is seeking a Director of Rehab (Program Manager) to supervise therapy staff and activities in the community. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, partnering with clients and the community to deliver patient-centered care and meet productivity goals.
The role requires graduation from an accredited therapy program, a valid state license, and the option for prior managerial experience. Acute/long-term care or rehab background is valued but not mandatory.
