the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Architect to join our dynamic team at Orange Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions, with a focus on ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across diverse systems and applications. As a Senior Integration Architect, you will play a critical role in driving our integration strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust and scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture planning of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

- Develop and maintain integration architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Vendor

Collaboration:

Work with third-party vendors and partners (CSG, Salesforce) to integrate their systems and services (CPQ, EPC, COM, CRM, CLM,…) into the organization's ecosystem, ensuring smooth interoperability.

- Technical Guidance:
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, assisting them in implementing integration solutions according to best practices and architectural guidelines.

- Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies, tools, and platforms.

- Design APIs, middleware, and data integration solutions.

- Data Formats and Protocols:
Knowledge of various data formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST, and the ability to handle data transformation and mapping between different formats.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all integration processes:
Understanding of security best practices, encryption, token-based authentication, and compliance requirements related to data privacy (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA..).

- Data Mapping and Transformation: to ensure data consistency and compatibility between various systems, utilizing tools and techniques like ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).

- Message Brokers:
Experience with message-oriented middleware and message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) to enable asynchronous communication and event-driven architectures.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in integration solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration architecture and design.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, principles, and best practices.

- Proficiency in integration technologies such as API management, SOA, Domain-Driven Design, and microservices.

- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of integration platforms (iPaaS specifically IBM Web Methods).

- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably MS Azure) and hybrid integration scenarios.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working within SAFe and Agile methodologies.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, IBM) are a plus.
