What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Launch new products and develop strategies for managing business relationships and formulary access
  • Engage in product promotion and sales efforts with assigned customers and accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Deliver targeted messaging to drive product demand and proactively provide insights for new product messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and optimize engagement strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience
  • Proven track record of marketing, promotional, or sales success and territory management skills
  • Must live within 50 miles of the assigned territory
  • Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and relevant products
  • Experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in healthcare settings
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence customers effectively
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
