About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a high-trust role that combines executive support, personal assistant responsibilities, and office administration
. A large part of this position will be supporting our Executive Team, including the CEO, CTO, and CRO, by helping manage both professional and personal tasks that allow them to stay focused on leading the company.
This could mean anything from coordinating a meeting or booking travel to helping get a vehicle's oil changed, picking something up, running an errand, or handling a last-minute request.
No two days will look exactly the same
, and we need someone who is comfortable jumping in, figuring things out, and getting things done.
You will also play a major role in keeping our office and internal operations organized and running smoothly.

What You'll Do Executive & Personal Support- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, CTO, CRO, and other members of the Executive Team
- Manage both professional and personal tasks and requests for executives
- Run errands and coordinate personal tasks such as vehicle maintenance, pickups, deliveries, appointments, and other needs
- Assist with scheduling, reservations, and logistics
- Book and coordinate executive travel
- Help manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
003 - Anticipate needs and proactively take care of tasks before they become problems
- Be available to jump in and help wherever needed
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly and remains organized
- Manage office supplies, snacks, drinks, and other necessities
- Coordinate vendors and office services
- Assist with bill payments and vendor management
- Organize and maintain company documents and files
- Keep shared spaces organized and presentable
- Help coordinate office maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and other facilities needs
- Assist with company retreats, parties, events, and team activities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Help manage PTO requests and internal employee processes
- Assist with payroll and related administrative tasks
- Help coordinate new hire setup and ensure employees have what they need to be successful
- Maintain organized employee and company records
- Serve as a reliable resource for employees when they need help navigating administrative processes
