We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Lindon, Utah. In this role, you’ll support the creation of visually appealing, engaging, on-brand visuals across campaigns, mediums, and experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, event partners, and more while sharpening your design skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career designer who's eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.

• Design on-brand social graphics and blog content
• Design custom collateral, one‑sheets, infographics, and slide decks for customers and prospects

• Participate in creative reviews and actively apply feedback to improve work
• Manage individual tasks and timelines while balancing multiple projects

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (or equivalent experience); 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Some experience with After Effects is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills and creative thinking
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work collaboratively
• Comfortable within a culture of positive feedback and creative critique
• Some experience with HTML/CSS/JS, or a desire to learn is a plus
