About the RoleAs a Customer Success Support Associate, you are the frontline face of the company, helping customers maximize their retirement savings platform.
What you do each day- Manage a steady volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Identify the root of customer needs to resolve inquiries in a single touchpoint
- Document thorough notes on every case
- Work cross‑functionally with internal and external partners to solve customer issues
- Provide best‑in‑class customer service in a fast‑paced environment
- Manage follow‑ups with customers as required
- Support other areas of the organization when needed
- Maintain performance to company standards and adhere to a workforce management schedule
- 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role (customer support, account management, call center) or comparable college experience
- Passion for serving customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathy over phone, chat, and email
- Composure in high‑stress situations and empathy for customers
- Meticulous attention to detail with minimal typos
- Ability to remain highly productive in a noisy, open‑office environment
- Located in our Lindon, Utah office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays
- Standard Monday‑Friday work schedule with no weekends or evenings
- Full‑time position, 40 hours per week
Base salary for this position ranges from $18 to $20.50 per hour, adjusted for geography and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and equity. The total rewards package includes robust physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
