Customer Service Admin

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets

* Responsible for arranging work schedules

* Manage job work tickets with the internal system

* Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites

Role requirements:

* Some customer service experience

* Knowledge of accounting and CRM software

* Fluent English/Spanish language skills are a plus

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently

* Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
