Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

• Receive warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets.
• Arrange work schedules.
• Manage job work tickets within the internal system.
• Contact national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites.

• Some customer service experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software.
• Fluent English/Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures.

Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience.
