Client Support Representative – Seasonal

This w
ill be a seasonal position from September 2026 – February 2027.We have the following shifts available:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and Mon-Fri 6am-2pm

• Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
• Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
• Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction

• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Friendly and personable disposition
• Tech-savvy and quick learner
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Suite
• Zendesk
